Delivery Options


Discountbathroomvanities.com has established strong relationships with excellent nationwide delivery companies to ship your order in the most reliable, safest and fastest way possible. As soon as your order ships, we will notify you by e-mail. You will receive your tracking number for your shipment, shipping company contact information and what you should do when you receive the shipment.

You should track your package online or by contacting the carrier. Most companies provide an estimated delivery date. If there is any issue with your shipment, contact us as soon as possible. You can also track your order via My Account. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

We have several methods of shipment available:

1. Small Parcel

Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. Your product will arrive between 2 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse. Please inspect your package as soon as you get it and report any damages to us as soon as possible. Delaying inspecting the item and not reporting it on time may cause issues with replacement or repair.

2. Curbside Delivery

The delivery truck will park in front of your home, and unload the product near curbside or tailgate. You are responsible for moving the product inside the house. If you are ordering a large item, please note that you may need a couple of people to help carry it inside.

The shipping company will contact you 24-48 hours ahead of delivery to schedule an appointment with you to make sure you are at home to receive and inspect the item.

Before the driver leaves you have to inspect the items. If there are any damages to the shipping material, no matter how small and insignificant they may seem, you have to notate them on the receipt (Bill Of Lading) before the driver leaves (write packaging is damaged on the BOL). Not making any notation on the BOL means the items were received in perfect condition.

Items are packaged in such a way that damage should not occur, however, if it does, we will replace or fix the damaged item if upon the arrival of your order you follow the instructions below:

Things to look for:

Be as picky as possible and note all damages or dents to box, it will only benefit you in case of damages inside the shipment.

It is VERY important to write "Packaged Damaged" on the shipping form, even if the package is only slightly damaged, has small dents, crushed sides or corners.

You must inspect the shipment as soon as the driver leaves. Open the boxes and make sure everything is in good condition. Report any damages to us as soon as possible.

We will require images of the damage as well as packing material.

The estimated delivery time for truck deliveries is 3-9 business days, depending on your location.

3. White Glove Bronze Freight (Inside Delivery)*

A two man team will bring the item inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage unless you specify the threshold of your residence.

The product will be left in the original packaging. The estimated delivery time for this option is between 1 and 4 weeks, depending on your location.

It is your responsibility to inspect the delivery when it arrives. If the box is damaged or you have a concern with the packaging or delivery, please write Product Damaged clearly on the sheet the delivery person asks you to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage to your purchase, it will make it easier to resolve the problem.

4. White Glove Gold (Room of choice, unpack the product, and light setup)*

A two man team will bring the item inside your residence to the room of your choice. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.

The shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other or on top of each other).
Ask the shipper to leave the packaging, in case you may want to return the product. We cannot accept any returns without the original packaging.

The estimated delivery time for this option is between 1 and 4 weeks, depending on your location.

*White Glove service must be ordered prior to the shipment of your product. This service does not include moving your existing furniture, wall decor, or rugs. Please make sure that the space where you want your furniture placed is cleared and ready for your new addition(s). White Glove service does not include: plumbing or installation of vanities, or provide wiring or installation of electrical components.
