This means that the truck will deliver your item to your door.  You are responsible for moving the item inside your home.  If you need additional help, you can contact the trucking company to inquire about additional services.  Any additional services that you agree to with the shipping company will be a separate transaction between the shipping company and you.

·         White Glove Bronze Service (additional charge)

With this service the delivery will be brought into your home.  If you have a garage, the item will be left in your garage.  If not, it will be left in your front entrance.  The item will not be carried upstairs.  If you live in an apartment, the item will be carried up two flights prior to the threshold.

·         White Glove Silver Service (additional charge)

If you order this type of service, a two man team will bring the item inside your residence to the room of your choice, including up to two flights of stairs from the building threshold. 

By giving you these choices, you can choose the delivery option that best suits you.
